Ford Ara Damansara Named Best Overall Outlet
The award given based on its overall performance in sales and after sales
The SDAC-Ford National Dealer Convention awards ceremony is held every year to honour top-performing Ford dealerships across key business categories including sales, after sales, service operation excellence and business performance.
At the this year’s event, Ford Ara Damansara was crowned the Best Overall Outlet in recognition of its overall sales and after sales performances in the thick of the pandemic. The outlet was also recognised in five other categories, namely Overall Sales Target Achievement, Best Overall Sales Outlet (Champion), Best Overall Aftersales Outlet (2nd Runner Up), Aftersales CVP (Customer View Point) Excellence (Central region) and Part Sales Target Achievement (Central region).

Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, announced that its Ford dealership outlet in Ara Damansara has won the award for Best Overall Outlet at the SDAC-Ford National Dealer Convention 2021.
The award recognises SDAC-Ford Ara Damansara’s commitment to delivering on overall sales and after sales performance despite the challenges brought on by the ongoing pandemic.
As the best-performing Ford dealership outlet in 2021, SDAC-Ford Ara Damansara also bagged accolades in these five categories:
- Overall Sales Target Achievement
- Best Overall Sales Outlet (Champion)
- Best Overall Aftersales Outlet (2nd Runner Up)
- Aftersales CVP (Customer View Point) Excellence (Central region)
- Parts Sales Target Achievement (Central region)
