2022 Jaguar F-Pace R-Dynamic P250 Launched In Malaysia For RM598,800
The facelifted Jaguar F-Pace is now in Malaysia for the 2022 model year.
The new, facelifted Jaguar F-Pace arrives in Malaysian showrooms for the 2022 model year via Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia. This updated look and equipment revision for the F-Pace was first shown globally in September 2020. The refreshed design of this mid-sized premium SUV features a wider power bulge on the bonnet, slimmer all-LED quad headlights with ‘Double J’ daytime running light signature graphics and much more.
Around back, there’s a new tailgate with a new lower bumper. The rear lights are also redesigned and are all-LED with sculpted lenses.
The new Jaguar F-Pace is priced from RM598,000 including SST but excluding road tax, registration and insurance. Only the 2.0L Ingenium petrol engine will be available in its 250PS/365Nm of torque configuration. This gives the F-Pace a 0-100km/h time of just 7.3 seconds.
Inside, the new cockpit has a greater focus on the driver with softer forms and dramatic contrasting use of colour. Light-coloured, two tone finishes enhance the sense of space inside. A new Drive Selector features a ‘cricket ball’ stitch pattern.
A new 11.4″ curved glass HD touchscreen with Pivo Pro serves as the new infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Wireless charging is now also featured in the F-Pace.
The new Jaguar F-Pace also comes fitted with Active Road Noise Cancellation technology that is claimed to be a segment-first. Driver Condition Monitor, Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Cruise Control and a Speed Limiter are included.

Combining modern luxury with outstanding performance, Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia recently unveiled the new Jaguar F-PACE 2022, sporting a slick new exterior design and lush interior features.
The award-winning F-PACE luxury performance sports utility vehicle (SUV) has been refreshed with a sculpted bonnet accentuating a wider power bulge, creating a smooth and striking finish. All-new, super-slim, all-LED quad headlights give the F-PACE an even bolder appearance, day or night. The front lighting design features the ‘Double J’ Daytime Running Light (DRL) signature graphic and the latest technologies. The new headlight design is 10mm slimmer than before, providing greater visual width to enhance the dynamic stance of Jaguar’s performance SUV.
At the rear, the new tailgate accentuates the visual width of the vehicle, while the redesigned lower bumper highlights the F-PACE with an even more confident appearance. The new all-LED rear lights with sculpted lenses are inspired by the full electric I-PACE and feature Jaguar’s chicane graphic, showcasing the advanced technology and modernity of the overall design.
In the interior, elegance meets engineering ingenuity. The new cockpit design is bolder, more dynamic and with greater focus on the driver. The rest of the interior feels more spacious and considered with softer forms and dramatic contrasting use of colour at eye-level. The use of light-coloured finishes on lower sections of the cabin immerses the interior in one tone to enhance the sense of space.
The new Drive Selector epitomises Jaguar’s approach to contemporary controls. The soft upper trim wraps round the ‘palm grip’ and proudly features a ‘cricket-ball’ stitch, inspired by iconic British craftsmanship. Below, the precision-engineered metal cradle is sculpted for added tactility and an engaging quality feel.
The comfortable five-seater cabin features exquisitely crafted leather upholstery and ample space, courtesy of its 40:20:40 configuration that allows each seat to be folded completely or individually to accommodate occupants and bulky belongings. To complement the lavish load space, the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE has a centrally mounted intuitive 11.4-inch curved-glass HD touchscreen that operates the new Pivi Pro infotainment system, which provides greater clarity than ever before. The intuitive system allows the driver to carry out 90% of common tasks within two taps from the home screen thanks to its simplified menu structure. The seamless integration of new technology is integral to Jaguar’s new design DNA. Engineered around a smartphone-like interface, it features an intuitive touchscreen that allows drivers to go directly to what is needed, when it is needed. Plus, it can now wirelessly connect to smartphones for occupants to experience the convenience of Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Wireless device charging is also available for seamless connectivity. Occupants can simply place their smartphones on the charging pad to quickly recharge.
Ensuring a tranquil journey, an in-built segment-first Active Road Noise Cancellation technology monitors and eliminates external noises. The technology constantly monitors vibrations from the road surface and calculates the opposite phase sound wave needed to remove the noise heard by occupants. This means quieter noise levels within the cabin and improved refinement that helps to reduce fatigue, commonly associated with prolonged exposure to low-frequency sound. Cabin occupancy is monitored, with the system continuously optimising performance to deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
Further elevating the driving experience, the integrated Jaguar Drive Control technology features Comfort, Eco, Rain-Ice-Snow and Dynamic modes that can be selected manually to meet various road conditions. In tandem, the Configurable Dynamics onboard enables selection of engine response, gearbox shift points and steering to suit personal preference. Advanced safety technologies including a Driver Condition Monitor, emergency braking, lane keep assist, cruise control and speed limiter are also installed.
Along with the latest connectivity and convenience features, the new F-PACE also includes a selection of advanced driver assistance systems.
Priced from RM598,800 (with 10% SST and excluding Road Tax, Registration and Insurance), the new Jaguar F-PACE comes only in the 250PS R-Dynamic variant. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder 250PS Ingenium petrol engine produces 365Nm of torque, delivering acceleration from zero to 100km/h within a mere 7.3 seconds.
The Jaguar F-PACE was well received and fully booked at the pre-launch phase. With the launch of the SUV, it is now available for order once again.
