Check Out The BAuto Showcase At 1Utama From 31st May – 5th June 2023
Bermaz Auto (BAuto) are bringing Mazda, Peugeot and Kia vehicles to 1Utama soon.
Join BAuto at the Oval Concourse of 1Utama Shopping Centre for the BAuto Vehicle Showcase. This exhibition happens from May 31st to June 5th, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and will feature models from all three marques represented by BAuto – Mazda, Peugeot and Kia.
BAuto will be showing off all their latest models. From Mazda, the all-electric MX-30 which recently won the VOTY 2023 award for Cabin Design of the Year thanks to its innovative use of colours and materials. You can also check out the latest update to Mazda’s CX-3. This compact crossover now features Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, a Qi Wireless charger as well as seat-belt reminders for all seats as standard.
As for their Kia models, you’ll find the Kia EV6 – the company’s first all-electric vehicle built on the e-GMP. The Kia EV6 GT-Line is the sole variant in Malaysia. It comes with a dual-motor setup with 320hp and 605Nm of torque, giving the BEV a 0-100km/h time of just 5.2 seconds and a top speed of 185km/h. The battery is a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion unit that can take 350kW DC Fast Charging, going from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes with the appropriate charger. Maximum range is 506km.
Kia will also show the VOTY award-winning Kia Sorento, which was launched in March 2023. The Kia Sorento comes with 2 engine choices and 2 seating arrangements. You can get it with a 2.5L naturally-aspirated SmartStream petrol engine. The base model comes with this engine, front-wheel drive and a 7-seater configuration. You can also get a 6-seater layout on the two higher spec models with all-wheel drive and either the same 2.5L petrol engine or a 2.2 turbo diesel motor.
From Peugeot BAuto will bring their all-new pick-up truck, the Landtrek. The company will also showcase the all-electric Peugeot e-2008, which has yet to be launched in Malaysia.
