Lotus Cars Malaysia Raises Prices Due To Exchange Rates

Here’s what each vehicle costs from Lotus Cars Malaysia following adjustments.

Lotus Cars Malaysia has just updated the pricing for their fully-electric Eletre Hyper-SUV and the premium Emira sports car.

The Pricing Adjustment

The adjustment in pricing comes as a result of recent developments in the exchange rate of the Malaysian Ringgit against major foreign currencies. Lotus Cars Malaysia aims to provide transparency and affordability to its valued customers. Let’s dive into the revised prices:

Lotus Eletre Hyper-SUV

  1. Eletre S: The mid-range Eletre S now has a suggested retail price of RM698,000 (previously RM648,000).
  2. Eletre R: The range-topping Eletre R, boasting remarkable performance, is now priced at RM838,000 (previously RM798,000).

These prices are applicable in both Peninsular Malaysia and Langkawi. Notably, the base Eletre variant, eagerly anticipated by many, is expected to be available in 2025, with its pricing yet to be announced.

However, limited units are still available at the introductory price of RM998,800, so early birds have something to smile about.
  2. Emira V6 First Edition: This powerful option now costs RM1,289,000 in Peninsular Malaysia (previously RM1,205,800) and RM529,000 in Langkawi (previously RM478,800).
