This new OMODA | JAECOO warehouse is located in Shah Alam
OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia continues to record strong growth across both its customer base and dealership network, driven by increasing market demand and a commitment to customer-first strategies. As part of its ongoing expansion, the premium SUV brand has taken a major step forward by opening a new state-of-the-art parts warehouse in Shah Alam.
This facility is designed to enhance after sales services and ensure timely support for customers across the nation. The newly operational warehouse is managed by Chery Corporate Malaysia and forms a key part of the company’s long-term strategy to support its expanding portfolio of brands.
Moreover, the facility is located in the Hicom Industrial Estate in Shah Alam, chosen for its central and strategic positioning within Peninsular Malaysia. Emily Lek, Vice President of OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia, stated, “The centrally located Chery Corporate Malaysia Warehouse is pivotal in supporting our growing dealership network while upholding the premium after sales service standards our customers expect.”
Lek further emphasized the brand’s dedication to its customer-centric philosophy, adding, “As we redefine attainable luxury for Malaysian drivers, the customer experience remains at the core of our brand values. This new warehouse allows us to not only meet the needs of our expanding local customer base, but also supports the growth of our export activities within the ASEAN region.”
On top of that, operational since March 2025, the new warehouse also spans an impressive 88,000 square feet, more than double the size of the previous facility. This significant increase in space allows for a broader inventory and enhanced logistics capabilities. Currently, the facility holds approximately 10,000 individual parts for all OMODA | JAECOO models in Malaysia.
It also houses a strategic parts stockpile for iCAUR, preparing the network ahead of the highly anticipated launch of the iCAUR 03 in the third quarter of 2025. OMODA | JAECOO Malaysia now boasts a robust network of 45 dealerships nationwide, offering both sales and comprehensive after sales services.
In parallel, the iCAUR brand has confirmed partnerships with 11 dealerships, with plans for further expansion in the near future.
