GAC Trumpchi has officially commenced pre-sales for the all-new Yue 7, marking the brand’s first dedicated entry into the rugged, boxy off-road SUV segment.
The new GAC Trumpchi Yue 7 is open for pre-sale and is available in four distinct trim levels—2WD Pro, 2WD Max, AWD Max, and AWD Ultra—the full-size off-roader carries standard pre-sale pricing between RMB 179,800 and RMB 225,800. Early reservation holders can also take advantage of promotional pre-sale privilege pricing, bringing the entry point down to RMB 171,800 through RMB 217,800.
Commanding Boxy Proportions and Dynamic Off-Road Geometry
Embodying a sharp, squared-off silhouette, the Yue 7 combines heavy-duty dimensions with serious approach and departure angles:
- Dimensions: Measures 4,999 mm in length (extending to 5,045 mm with optional exterior equipment), 2,004 mm in width (2,030 mm optional), and 1,933 mm in height (1,916 mm optional), riding on a long 2,900 mm wheelbase.
- Standard Geometry: Offers an approach angle of 30 degrees and a departure angle of 33 degrees.
- Air Suspension Geometry: High-end models equipped with adaptive air suspension expand the approach angle to 33 degrees and departure angle to 35 degrees, allowing ground clearance to be dynamically modulated between 180 mm and 270 mm.

Rather than opting for a fragile unibody setup, GAC Trumpchi engineered the Yue 7 around an integrated embedded ladder frame chassis.

The dashboard debuts the ADiGO 7.0 Galaxy Smart Cockpit system, powered by GAC’s first implementation of the high-speed Qualcomm QCM8838 automotive processor. The focal point of the cabin is an ultra-wide 1.1-meter panoramic interstellar display that seamlessly blends digital instrument graphics, navigation, and passenger infotainment across the fascia.
Rear-seat passenger versatility is enhanced by a 170-mm electric sliding seat rail mechanism alongside split 40:60 independent reclining rear seating, allowing owners to easily reconfigure the passenger compartment for maximum legroom or expanded overland cargo capacity.
