The iCAUR V23, the brand’s first fully electric off-road SUV, has achieved a 5-Star ASEAN NCAP rating with an impressive overall score of 91.02 points.
Announced on December 26, 2025, this achievement highlights iCAUR’s commitment to blending its rugged, youthful “Born to Play” spirit with rigorous safety standards. The V23 is the first fully electric off-road SUV to be assessed under the current 2021–2025 ASEAN NCAP protocol.

Evaluated under the ASEAN NCAP 2021–2025 assessment protocol, the iCAUR V23 delivered strong results across all four major safety categories:
- Adult Occupant Protection (AOP): 39.71 points
- Child Occupant Protection (COP): 16.67 points
- Safety Assist Technologies (SATs): 17.14 points
- Motorcyclist Safety (MS): 17.50 points
This performance places the iCAUR V23 among the top-performing vehicles evaluated under the current protocol.

The V23’s safety performance is underpinned by a robust structural foundation featuring a cage-like frame made of 70% high-strength steel. This rigidity is complemented by a precision Battery Management System (BMS) that ensures high-voltage protection and liquid-cooled temperature regulation, keeping the battery safe even during collisions.
Comprehensive ADAS Suite
