Mercedes-Benz Malaysia together with authorised dealer partner Hap Seng, today unveiled its first integrated one-stop centre in Kuching. The Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus represents an investment of RM53 million on the part of Hap Seng. To date, they have invested a total of RM237 million to enrich customer touchpoints nationwide.
Hap Seng Kuching Autohause is strategically located in the heart of Kuching, catering to a wide selection of customers. A full-fledged 3S centre, Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus is managed by 40 personnel who are well-versed in sales, technical services and spare parts. Capable of servicing up to 510 vehicles a month, Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus has 16 work bays and a spray booth.
The Autohaus is also equipped with an integrated full length work pit, capable of services an extensive range of Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial vehicles.
With a built-up area of 18,383 square metres, Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus adheres to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the benchmark in automotive customer experience.
Hap Seng operates in 11 locations, such as Bukit Tinggi, Balakong, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Ipoh, Kinrara, Klang, Ipoh, Kuantan, Miri, Kota Kinabalu and now Kuching.
