Chevrolet To Introduce MPV To Compete With The Toyota Innova

This is the Chevrolet multi-purpose vehicle, the ‘MPV Concept’ (yes, this is the name given to it for the moment) which was shown at the New Delhi Auto Expo 2012. This MPV has been designed for the B segment in India. It was specifically made for the emerging markets worldwide and is very likely to come to Malaysia to challenge the Toyota Innova. It is targeted at large families as these have flexi-seating and a choice of seven or eight seats. Lotus and the GM Technical Center in India collaborated for over a year and a half for the tuning of the chassis. The MPV Concept prioritized safety and only uses high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel in the body and chassis.
GM says that this Chevrolet MPV Concept is meant for those who are looking for a “spacious, comfortable and well-styled vehicle to enjoy life with their loved ones. Testing for the MPV Concept will be conducted on various terrains and climate conditions throughout India before it arrives in showrooms.
