Ducati expands brand presence in Malaysia
Ducati Malaysia (Next Bike Sdn Bhd) launched its first Ducati dealership in Sungai Buloh, just over a year after the opening of Asia’s largest Ducati Centre in Petaling Jaya. The launch of Ducati Welly Sungai Buloh as an official Ducati dealership marks the beginning of Ducati Malaysia’s plans for further development of the brand throughout the country. During the momentous occasion, Ducati Malaysia also unveiled the Multistrada 1200 ABS China Adventure special edition.
Ducati Welly Sungai Buloh showroom holds the full range of Ducati products – from bikes and merchandise to performance parts and genuine spare parts. There is also a dedicated Ducati service centre with the capability of handling 5 bikes simultaneously with certified Ducati after-sales personnel and fully equipped with Ducati special tools.
During the official dealership launch, Ducati Malaysia also unveiled its Multistrada 1200 ABS China Adventure special edition, limited to 50 units at RM95,888 NSP. This edition, which comes complete with side panniers and double stand, was released in conjunction with the upcoming 1st Ducati Strada China Adventure. The trip planned for 27 August to 18 September spans over 23 days and will take 14 bikers on a journey that spans 5,168km through North Eastern China, from Tianjin to Dalian.
Ducati Malaysia has already pre-sold substantial number of the Multistrada 1200 and the first batch was recently registered. Ten units of the Ducati Multistrada were presented to the proud owners at the opening of Welly Sungai Buloh dealership.
