Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang 12th Outlet Opened In Cheras
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MBM) together with authorised dealer Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (C&C) marked yet another milestone in their long-standing partnership with the launch of the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras Autohaus.
With an investment of RM16 million, the brand new 3S facility is part of C&C’s RM155 million investment in the central region of Malaysia.
With a built-up area of 48,642 sq ft, C&C Cheras boasts a showroom area capable of accommodating 15 showroom vehicles and seven work bays in the service area. It is managed by 40 experienced personnel covering sales, technical services and spare parts, and is capable of servicing 300 vehicles a month.
Fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the global autohaus benchmark of customer experience, C&C Cheras also features the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). It offers Service Differentiation – a menu of customised personalized services for customer convenience and tailored after sales services depending on their lifestyle. The facility implements mobile retail – by moving its after sales processes to a digital platform thereby allowing the after sales personnel to increase face time with customers.
C&C Cheras features an i-Showroom lounge which includes digital touch screens for user-friendly information of the latest Mercedes-Benz products and its sales processes. Incorporated with lifestyle elements, the new centre has a cafe for those who need a quick bite, with natural lighting from the courtyard.
