When will the digging end?
Our roads are constantly being dug up. Very often the very same location is dug up a few times in one year. The contractors leave debris behind which damages our tyres and windscreens & sometimes causes accidents, especially to motorcyclists. Why are they allowed to carry on doing this without being held liable?
