Subaru VIZIV Adrenaline Concept Shows “BOLDER” Design
Subaru showed quite an interesting concept at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show, the VIZIV Adrenaline Concept.
In the past, Subaru has used ‘VIZIV’ to showcase their vision of future models, like the potential Levorg replacement VIZIV Tourer Concept and the VIZIV Performance Concept as a Legacy follow up.
Perhaps the VIZIV Adrenaline Concept previews a new model that slots between the XV and Forester. New crossovers are not uncommon. Whatever the case, Subaru say that this concept shows the company’s new ‘BOLDER’ design direction for their ‘Dynamic x Solid’ philosophy.
In their own words, the VIZIV Adrenaline’s body shape “exhibits [a] dynamic and strong feel. It features a unique roof design, which reinforces the body structure, as well as body protectors”. Elements like the white accents through the wheels mimic outdoor gear.
It’s clear that Subaru want their cars to look very capable of some real outdoor activities. Their production models tend to resemble their VIZIV concept counterparts. Just take a look at the VIZIV Concept from 2015… Doesn’t it remind you of the new Forester?
