PRESS RELEASE

The Lexus RX and Lexus ES, global favourites in their respective segments
remain the gold standard in luxury motoring with their highly innovative features, cossetting comfort, effortless performance and remarkable levels of safety.

With the iteration of each model, these highly-desirable models continue to dazzle be it on paper or in the flesh with their chiselled good looks and exceedingly high levels of craftsmanship.

New for 2021 is the Lexus RX 300 Luxury Special Edition that joins the line-up alongside the Premium and F-Sport variants. Distinguished by an exclusive aerodynamic body kit, the new Lexus RX 300 Luxury Special Edition captivates with a sportier outlook through its new front bumper spoiler, side skirts and rear bumper diffuser.

The Lexus ES 250 Limited Edition on the other hand features an impeccable inlay of bamboo wood trim in the doors, dashboard, centre console and steering wheel. While offering a unique texture and a fine finish to the vehicle’s luxurious interior, the bamboo trim perfectly illustrating the role of a Takumi Craftsman who painstakingly sculpts and finishes each piece by hand. The bamboo that’s hand-picked from sustainable forests in Kochi in southern Japan allows Lexus to offer a luxurious and beautiful accent to the Lexus ES 250 Limited Edition while being environmentally responsible.

Despite its sleek silhouette and coupe-like raking rear quarter, the aerodynamic profile of the Lexus ES 250 belies the space within as there’s generous space inside for the executive on the move. Powered by a responsive 2.5-litre engine producing a respectable 204 horsepower, it will whisk you away in style, dignity and safety.

Regarded as one of the most refined and sophisticated all-purpose vehicles on the market, the Lexus RX boasts an impressive level of sophistication and craftsmanship can be appreciated the moment you step in.

These include the Pre-Collision System (PCS), Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) and the Adaptive High-Beam System (AHS) as some of their key features.

The Lexus RX’s AHS further comes with the world’s first BladeScan where blade-shaped mirrors in the headlights spin at high speed to vary the throw of the light away from other road users while creating good illumination elsewhere.

The Lexus RX Luxury Special Edition will be available in four main colours namely Sonic Quartz, Sonic Titanium, Graphite Black Glass Flake and Red Mica Crystal Shine while the Lexus ES 250 Limited Edition that’s available in Sonic Quartz, Sonic Titanium, Graphite Black Glass Flake or Deep Blue Mica will be paired to two interior colours – Topaz or Black.
