The BMW 330Li M Sport gets an attractive price, but are there enough buyers?
BMW Malaysia has managed to “launch” a new car, or at least confirm pricing for one – the 330Li M Sport. This model is the long-wheelbase version of the G20 3 Series. It was previewed in April 2021 at the launch of the BMW X3 sDrive20i.
At the preview, the price was estimated to be just over RM300,000. However, BMW Malaysia now confirms that its price with the full SST exemption is much lower, at just RM277,164.22.
We still feel that this is going to be a profitable strategy for BMW Malaysia, and that regardless of how appealing this new long-wheelbase 3 Series is, Malaysians should think twice about premium car ownership in general until the economy bounces back.
