Nissan Continues To Improve, Upgrades Rawang Outlet to 3S Centre
From a humble sales centre to a 3S Centre today, Nissan’s commitment to improvement is clear as day
Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) the sole distributor of the Nissan Brand in Malaysia has always endeavored to constantly sweeten their customer experience and have once again taken a step in the right direction to achieve this goal by adding a new 3S Centre under their belt.
ETCM has just announced that they have taken their branch in Rawang, Selangor, which used to be only a small sales outlet and enlarged it to turn it into a fully fledged mini 3S Centre to offer more services and satisfaction to their customers all in one place.
For those who are unaware, a 3S Centre basically stands for “sales, service and spare parts” centre and is becoming an increasingly more common sight as more and more car companies aim to improve their customer service experience as well.
Basically a 3S Centre is an all-in-one type of place for customers to do pretty much everything they need to do with their vehicles and thus offers greater convenience as it can be done in one place.
As for Nissan’s new 3S Centre in Rawang, the floor area was enlarged, deigned based on Nissan’s newest global retail concept, NRC-NEXT and proudly displays Nissan’s new logo.ETCM also announced that they will be opening new dealers in three new locations, Taiping, Kluang and Sibu.
The interior design has also greatly improved as a new furniture layout has been incorporated utilizing a more modern layout. Customers will also get to view all Nissan models including a ‘Star Car’ which will be prominently displayed. The current star car is the recently launched all-new Nissan Serena S-HYBRID.
Moreover, there will be friendly sales representatives present to answer any questions visitors may have at all times. This 3S Centre also comes with a comfortable customer lounge with refreshments for customers to enjoy with a private room for customers to discuss test drives and any other topics they may have with consultants.
Being a 3S Centre, the Rawang branch also has a fully equipped on-site service centre and customers can obtain after sales support and Nissan Genuine Parts by skilled technicians as well.
