The 2024 Nissan Sentra Has Been Updated And It Should Be Coming To Malaysia Soon

It is no secret that Nissan is one of the more.. For lack of a better word, let’s say, forgotten Japanese brands in Malaysia. While Japanese brands in the country seem to have a positive perception overall, Toyota and Honda seem to enjoy the bulk of this recognition but Nissan has just updated its Sentra sedan. Will it be able to boost Nissan sales here? Let’s find out.
The 2024 Nissan Sentra has been enhanced for the new model year with refreshed modern exterior styling, improved fuel economy and more premium features than before and should go on sale in late summer 2023. So this means the car should also be made available for purchase here in Malaysia soon after that, perhaps early 2024 or sooner.
Moreover, the updated appearance of the 2024 Nissan Sentra includes a new front fascia and restyled headlights on all models, plus dynamic new 16- and 18-inch alloy wheel designs, a new Xtronic CVT transmission as well as am Idle Stop Start system, along with a smooth, responsive 2.0-liter inline-four engine, deliver improved fuel efficiency.
The 2024 Nissan Sentra is also big on safety as Intelligent Forward Collision Warning is equipped as standard, and additional driver-assist technology includes Intelligent Driver Alertness, available Intelligent Around View® Monitor, available Intelligent Cruise Control and standard Easy-Fill Tire Alert system.
On top of that, like all Nissan models, the 2024 Nissan Sentra prioritizes safety for peace of mind with the Nissan Safety Shield 360, a suite of six advanced driver-assist systems including Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking.
All 2024 Nissan Sentra models feature updated headlights with black interior bezel elements, giving them a sportier and more premium appearance. As well as a fuel-efficient 2.0-liter inline-four engine making 149hp and 198Nm of torque.
The 2024 Nissan Sentra also keeps drivers connected with a standard 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that features Bluetooth, Hands-Free Text Messaging Assistant, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Siri Eyes-Free, Google Assistant Voice Recognition and one front USB port. It is paired with a 4-speaker audio system.
The 2024 Nissan Sentra SV includes 16-inch alloy wheels, Nissan Intelligent Key push-button start, Intelligent Cruise Control, 7-inch Advanced Drive-Assist Display, 8-inch touchscreen information system and satin chrome interior front door handles.
