smart #1 BRABUS Makes Its 1st Public Debut In Southeast Asia
The flagship smart #1 BRABUS model finally gets shown and in Malaysia first before the rest of ASEAN.
smart Malaysia yesterday showed their flagship smart #1 BRABUS model at the opening day of the International Electric Mobility Showcase (IEMS). If this is the EV you’ve been waiting for, you can check it out for yourself at Hall 5 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) today.
The new smart #1 BRABUS In Malaysia
This product represents the first official collaboration between smart and BRABUS and it’s the highest variant of the #1 – smart’s first all-electric vehicle born from the Geely-Mercedes-Benz partnership.
The smart #1 BRABUS is designed for high-performance enthusiasts. It does the century sprint in just 3.9 seconds thanks to its high-output dual motor powertrain. Total system output is 315kW and 543Nm of torque. This vehicle has a maximum range of 400km from its 66kWh battery pack. The vehicle is capable of 22kW AC charging or 150kW DC fast charging, the former gets you from 10% to 80% in under 30 minutes.
In Malaysia, the smart #1 BRABUS is available with the exclusive ‘BRABUS’ interior and 7 different exterior colour combinations:

- Laser Red body

Pricing for the smart #1 BRABUS is expected to be around RM250,000 with the lower end Pro and Premium models starting at RM200,000. All variants can be booked ahead of launch via the Hello smart App. Early bird perks include RM1,001 in charging credits which can be used via the app at more than 70% of public charging points.
