Kia Sales Malaysia makes Kia ownership experience better with some major changes.
Kia Sales Malaysia (KSM) is reinforcing its commitment to its “Return, Rebuild, and Reposition” strategy through the launch of the Kia Ownership Experience. This first-of-its-kind initiative, held from 11 to 17 May 2026 at the Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre, aims to reconnect with existing owners and provide long-term peace of mind.

Strengthening After-Sales Excellence
Led by Global Master Technician Mr. Hyung Gyu Choi, who brings over 34 years of experience, the initiative features personal inspections of over 100 vehicles. Models included in these technical reviews range from the Forte and Picanto to the Sorento and Carnival.

KSM’s focus on after-sales is further supported by:
- A dedicated 35,000 sq ft parts warehouse to ensure service efficiency.
- A structured 10-step service process, covering everything from appointment booking to vehicle delivery.
- Strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as TotalEnergies, Goodyear, TRAPO, and EV Connection (EVC).
The durability of Kia vehicles is evident in the event’s participants, some of whom have recorded over 400,000km under Malaysian driving conditions.

The All-New Kia Maintenance Plan
A highlight of the event is the introduction of the Kia Maintenance Plan, allowing owners to prepay for up to five years of servicing. This plan protects customers from future price increases in labor, parts, or engine oil.
