The SYM Maxsym TL Might Suit Your Needs

In this part of the world, mopeds and scooters are the preferred choice for urban commuters because they are cheap to maintain and can weave through our crazy traffic with ease.

But if you’re looking for something that offers more power and space as well as better comfort for longer distance rides, a maxi-scooter is a better option. Here’s one you might want to consider: the SYM Maxsym TL.

Introduced for the first time at the 2018 EICMA motorcycle show, the Maxsym TL is SYM’s flagship model and the first one in the brand’s twin-cylinder lineup.

According to SYM, the model takes its design inspiration from modern superbikes which can be seen from the chiseled bodywork. At the front, a sporty headlight comprising four LED units not only looks good but also provides superior lighting performance.

Meanwhile at the back, an all-LED tail light unit fitted with optical film creates a modern and futuristic look. The same goes for the honeycomb-shaped dual exhausts.

For the ease of the rider, the Maxysm TL is equipped with a 4.5-inch TFT instrument panel with auto-dimming function. As you can see from the photo, the panel shows all the information riders need including warning lights and indicators.

The Maxsym TL is powered by a 465 cc, twin-cylinder four-stroke engine that makes 40 hp and 42.5 Nm of torque. With a CVT moving the rear wheel, it can reach a top speed of 139 km/h.

As for safety, there are two 275-mm discs with four-piston calipers and steel braided hoses at the front as well as ABS for both front and rear brakes.

However, currently there is no news on the the availability of the Maxsym TL in Malaysia nor there are ads on Mudah.
