Triumph Motorcycles Appoints Didi Automotive As New Malaysian Distribution Partner

Triumph Motorcycles will switch from Fast Bikes to Didi Automotive in Malaysia early 2023.

The Triumph Motorcycle brand will soon find a new home in Malaysia with the appointment of Didi Automotive as its new distribution partner in the country starting 15 January 2022. This new partnership will begin with new Triumph showroom facilities in Petaling Jaya and Penang Mainland. Triumph will be offering their complete range of motorcycles in Malaysia via their new distributors.

Triumph Motorcycles is pleased to announce the appointment of a new business partner Didi Automotive as its new distribution partner for the Malaysian market, effective from 15th January 2023.

Triumph and Didi Automotive will work together to manage the importation, sale, and distribution of Triumph Motorcycles as well as the ongoing development of the Triumph Brand within the Malaysian market.

Triumph and Didi Automotive look forward to welcoming our valued existing customers and greeting those new to our brand. Both the planned new Triumph showroom facilities in Petaling Jaya and Penang Mainland will provide customers with Triumph’s industry-leading brand experience, offering state-of-the-art facilities, highly trained personnel, the highest level of Service, After Sales and Customer Care.

Malaysia is an important market to Triumph, being one of the Top 5 Motorcycle Markets within the Asean region. From launch Didi Automotive will be offering Triumph’s complete range of motorcycles across our Modern Classic, Roadster and Tiger product families to Malaysian consumers; from the thrilling Trident 660 through to the magnificent, 2.5-litre displacement Rocket 3. Within Triumph’s range of Premium Motorcycles it is Triumph’s new 660 platform models the Trident and Tiger Sport motorcycles which are expected to be one of the greatest hits with Malaysian consumers.

In the near future, the smaller capacity Triumph models which, are being developed in partnership with Bajaj Automotive, will make the brand even more accessible to our fans within Malaysia. This prosperous future is confirmed also by the current plan of expanding Triumph’s presence within
the market with the opening of 6 brand stores across the country.
