The new Honda CB1000 SP is ready to take you on any adventure you please
Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. has officially launched the 2025 Honda CB1000 SP, a bold new naked sports bike engineered for enthusiasts craving performance and precision. Drawing inspiration from the aggressive streetfighter class, the CB1000 SP features a muscular design, cutting-edge technology and exhilarating performance.

At its heart lies a 1000cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline-four engine derived from the CBR1000RR Fireblade, producing 115.6kW of power and 107Nm of torque. Power is managed through Honda’s PGM-FI system and transferred via a 6-speed constant mesh transmission with assist and slipper clutch, offering smoother gear transitions.
Moreover, handling on this new Honda bike is sharp and responsive thanks to a new twin-spar steel frame, Showa 41mm SFF-BP USD forks up front, and an Öhlins TTX36 rear shock with Pro-Link. Brembo Stylema calipers with 310mm floating discs ensure top-tier braking, supported by a 240mm rear disc and Nissin caliper.

Styling is clean yet aggressive, with compact twin LED projectors, a sculpted wing-inspired fuel tank and a tapered tail section. Blacked-out engine components, swingarm, and wheels create a powerful stance. The riding ergonomics are upright and streetfighter-inspired, with a new tapered handlebar and forward-biased center of gravity.
On top of that, a 5-inch full-color TFT display offers customizable layouts and backgrounds, navigated via a user-friendly switch. Honda RoadSync adds Bluetooth connectivity for calls, music, and navigation. The Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) enhances safety by flashing hazard lights under hard braking.
Riders can also choose from three pre-set modes, namely, Rain, Standard and Sport, plus two customizable USER profiles. Power, engine braking, and traction can be tailored using Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and wheelie control. These settings inspire confident performance across various riding conditions, including slippery or uneven roads.

With a high level of rider-focused tech, lightweight components and seamless gear shifting via an adjustable quickshifter, the 2025 Honda CB1000 SP delivers unmatched thrill and control. Priced at RM69,999, it’s a standout in the liter-class naked bike segment, designed to conquer city streets and weekend rides alike.
