Royal Enfield Custom World Debuts At Wheels & Waves 2025 With 7 Exclusive Builds

See the true Royal Enfield difference at Wheels & Waves 2025

At Wheels & Waves 2025, Royal Enfield unveiled seven exceptional motorcycles as part of its renowned Custom World program. This marked the brand’s debut at the iconic custom motorcycle and surf culture festival, with each machine hand-picked to celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and boundary-pushing design.

Renowned globally for their customization-friendly platforms, Royal Enfield brought together master builders from around the world to reimagine their models in exciting new ways. Here are the custom builds you can look forward to this year.

Up first is the GRR. Built by XTR Pepo (Spain), this aggressive race-inspired custom is based on the all-new Guerrilla 450. Lightweight and performance-focused, it channels the endurance racing spirit with a minimalist, supermono design.

Next up is Phoenix. Created by Putu Ajus Mulyawarman of AMS Garage (Indonesia), this Super Meteor 650 is a tribute to traditional Bagger style, interpreted with Balinese flair. Handcrafted aluminum bodywork, a girder front system, and tribal-style detailing define its bold presence.

Also check out Samurai. Built by Takuya Aikawa of SURESHOT (Japan), the Samurai is a “Compact Performance Chopper” using the Shotgun 650 platform. With a big bore upgrade to 865cc, one-off aluminum bodywork, and a drag racing pedigree, it’s as fast as it is eye-catching.

After that, look forward to the Fury 650. Barcelona’s Fuel Motorcycles transformed the new Bear 650 into a desert-ready off-road beast, inspired by legendary events like the Baja 1000. With long-travel suspension, 21-inch front wheel, and rally accessories, it’s built to conquer terrain and honor racing legends like Eddie Mulder.

Don’t forget the Kingsman. Designed by Dirk Oehlerking of Kingston Custom (Germany), this Shotgun 650-based build is an artistic expression of elegance and adventure. Entirely handcrafted, the nearly 4-meter-long bike is equipped with whimsical gentleman’s accessories, mirrors, comb, even a gin bottle, blending function and flair.

On top of that, we have Modern Primitive. Built by Sideburn Magazine (UK), this minimalist street tracker pays homage to flat track culture and the Sherpa FT race bike. Based on the Guerrilla 450, it strips the bike down to its essence, with tattoo-inspired livery and a raw racing soul.

Last but certainly not least is the SM450 Urban Guerilla. A nostalgic ride back to the ‘90s, this build by Sticky’s Speed Shop and Ryan Roadkill fuses youthful subcultures like BMX and skateboarding. Featuring bold, cartoonish graphics and a playful attitude, it captures the spirit of rebellion and fun.

These custom builds represent the very best of Royal Enfield’s collaborative spirit, where innovation, tradition, and artistry converge.
