Ford owners in Malaysia now have greater convenience in their daily lives
Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the exclusive distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, has launched the Ford Mobile Service (FMS), a new initiative aimed at redefining aftersales care by bringing maintenance and light repair services directly to customers’ homes or offices.

The service debuts with a pilot programme at the Ford Ara Damansara dealership and is set to enhance convenience and accessibility for Ford owners. FMS allows customers to schedule appointments with Ford-certified technicians, who will perform a range of essential services including oil changes, battery replacements, filter and wiper changes and multipoint inspections.
Moreover, all work is carried out using genuine Ford parts and manufacturer-approved tools, ensuring quality and peace of mind. Turse Zuhair, said, “Our goal is to make professional vehicle care as convenient as possible. The Ford Mobile Service reflects our commitment to evolving with our customers’ needs by offering dependable, high-quality service at their preferred time and location.”

The Ford Mobile Service operates Monday to Friday, with four service slots from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and on Saturday, with two slots from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A fixed call-out fee applies within a 20-kilometre radius of the Ford Ara Damansara dealership, with additional charges for further distances.
On top of that, starting June, appointments can be made via the SDM OneGo app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app allows customers to easily schedule services, select time slots and locations and manage bookings. Alternatively, bookings can be made through the Ford Ara Damansara customer service hotline at 03-7621 5111.

To celebrate the launch, Auto ConneXion is offering a limited-time promotional rate on the standard call-out fee, encouraging customers to experience the convenience of FMS firsthand. Following its initial rollout at Ara Damansara, Auto ConneXion plans to gradually expand the Ford Mobile Service nationwide, bringing on-the-go vehicle maintenance to more Ford owners.
