This new Mitsubishi Motors facility is designed to offer a “one-stop” solution for Mitsubishi owners, combining Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Body and Paint services under a single roof.
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in the country, alongside authorized dealer Auto Pacifica, has officially announced the relocation and major upgrade of its Miri showroom to a state-of-the-art 4S Centre.
The Auto Pacifica Miri 4S Centre spans an impressive 21,669 square feet, reflecting the brand’s global identity and commitment to high-quality service. Customers visiting the facility can expect:
- Inviting Reception: A welcoming area staffed by attentive personnel to assist with all inquiries.
- Spacious Showroom: A thoughtfully designed space for browsing the latest Mitsubishi models, including the recently launched Mitsubishi Xforce.
- Comfortable Lounge: A dedicated relaxation area where customers can enjoy refreshments while waiting for their vehicles.
Advanced Aftersales and Technical Expertise
To ensure efficient service and a faster turnaround for customers, the 4S centre is equipped with a comprehensive aftersales infrastructure. The facility features 13 service bays and six dedicated Body & Paint bays. All maintenance and repairs are handled by certified technicians trained to provide precise diagnostics and expert care for every vehicle.
Takashi Sakamaki, CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, noted that the opening reflects the company’s commitment to the growing Miri community. “With this new facility, customers can look forward to a more convenient, seamless, and comprehensive ownership experience,” he stated.
