New Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) Showroom Opens In Puchong, Selangor
This new NRC is Nissan’s latest and newest global retail concept
Constantly striving to elevate its customer experience, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) announces the opening of its newly upgraded Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) showroom in Puchong, Selangor to truly improve and make the customer experience better and more enjoyable in every aspect.
The grand opening of the new NRC showroom is aligned with the ETCM business direction to deliver the enhanced global plan to innovate Nissan showrooms and provide an exciting Nissan brand experience throughout the customer journey.
Moreover, officiated by Mr. Rupesh Shah, General Manager, Aftersales, Dealer Network Development, NIBU – ASEAN, NISSAN MOTOR ASIA PACIFIC CO., LTD., the NRC showroom incorporates the new Nissan Corporate Identity with the new Nissan logo, in accordance with NRC-NEXT.
The iconic red Nissan tablet above the main entrance door with its signature red handles, also provide a bold statement, welcoming customers to the showroom to experience a whole new level of premium comfort and convenience, with a modern interior layout and furniture design.
Customers can also view all Nissan models, with the Star Car prominently on display at the NRC Showroom. At the moment, the recently launched New Serena Hybrid J-IMPUL the Star Car is the Star Car on display.
The newly upgraded showroom covers a total area of 7,502 square feet, features up to 6 Nissan display models, a fleet of test drive vehicles, a dedicated new vehicle delivery area, a cozy customer lounge with WiFi connectivity and a fun kids’ corner to entertain the little ones, leaving their parents free to browse and engage with the friendly and attentive sales team at any time.
On top of that, customers are also welcome to test-drive a wide range of Nissan models available, to fully experience the excitement of driving a Nissan. Test drives can even be arranged at customers’ homes or offices, for greater convenience.
Location and operating hours of the ETCM Nissan Puchong showroom are from 9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sundays and Public Holidays while after sales support is just 5-minutes away, at Tan Chong Express Auto Service (TCEAS) Puchong Jaya.
