Eon Unveils New State-Of-The-Art Proton 3S Centre In Banting
Proton customers in Banting can now get better service closer to home
Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRB-Hicom Berhad, has launched its revamped Proton EON 3S Centre in Banting, Selangor, marking a new era of service excellence for car enthusiasts and providing Proton customers in Banting a service experience much closer to home.
Formerly operating solely as a showroom, the upgraded centre now offers comprehensive 3S services, sales, after-sales service, and spare parts replacement. With a substantial investment of RM6 million in refurbishment and upgrades, the Proton EON Banting 3S Centre enhances customer experience through digital sales and after-sales services within a spacious showroom.
Moreover, the facility also features ample parking to increase customer convenience. The newly upgraded showroom boasts an impressive 18,775 square feet, capable of displaying eight Proton vehicles. Complementing this is an advanced 12,347-square-foot service centre, equipped with ten service bays featuring state-of-the-art technology for efficient and reliable servicing of various Proton models.
The opening of the showroom was officiated by Akkbar Danial, Chief Executive Officer of EON, who in his speech said, “The opening of the Proton EON Banting 3S Centre underscores EON’s continued focus on improving service to enhance customer satisfaction. This is in line with our position as Malaysia’s largest multi-brand car dealership.”
On top of that, customers will benefit from EON’s digitisation initiative with the introduction of the Workforce Management (WFM) platform, enabling online car servicing appointments and real-time service updates. Prospective buyers can also book new vehicles online making the entire process much more streamlined and quick.

The showroom is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays and public holidays. The service centre operates from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:30am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. The service centre is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
